Janet Lawson, Director
Prior to joining the Ford Volunteer Corps, Janet was appointed by Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm as the Executive Director of the Michigan Community Service Commission. During her tenure as the National Director of the UAW-Family Service and Learning Centers, Lawson mobilized 20,000 volunteers annually, and engaged more than 75,000 participants in life-long learning activities.

Marlo Mulville, Administrative Assistant
Marlo joined the Volunteer Corps with more than 11 years at Ford, including three years as administrative assistant to the director of the Chairman & CEO's office. Marlo enjoys volunteering and traveling overseas with her church.

Nancy McCauley-Branstetter, Manager
Nancy joined Ford Motor Company in 2000 as Broadcast News Manager, and later managed Ford Communications Network and Ford Communication Services. She was also a reporter at Fox 2 in Detroit. Nancy is on the Board of Directors for Starfish Family Services and Jimmy's Kids. Nancy also volunteers with the Huron Valley School District.

Sue Pear, Project Coordinator
Before joining the Ford Volunteer Corps, Sue worked in Public Affairs for a short time and in Marketing & Sales Division for five years. She does volunteer work in her community and with the March of Dimes.

Thomas Niemann, Manager, Office of the Chairman and President & CEO
Prior to joining the Chairman's Office, Thomas spent several years managing environmental projects in the Environmental Outreach & Strategy office, having been a career Army Officer before joining Ford. Thomas serves on the school board of Huron Valley Catholic School in Ypsilanti (Mich.), and is a long time Boy Scout leader/volunteer.

Kathy Koths, Project Manager
With more than 25 years at Ford, Kathy joined the Volunteer Corps as 16-hour CSP Project Manager. Her volunteer activities include the United Way, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Race for the Cure.

Terry Berry, Project Manager
Over the past 17 years, Terry has taken the lead on several Ford volunteer and charity projects. She currently supports the Salvation Army and Arbor Day Foundation, and enjoys working with the elderly and animals.

Jonathan A. Beebe, Online Communications Manager
Jon has volunteered as a public relations consultant and graphic designer for several non-profit and charity organizations. He currently serves as a marketing and promotions mentor for the University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy's robotics team.
