Ford Teams Up with Habitat for Humanity Detroit
A fleet of 2013 Ford F-150 trucks is delivering supplies to build the 100th home in Habitat for Humanity Detroit's housing project in the city's Morningside Commons neighborhood. The donated two-by-fours and other materials will be used for the home's construction by volunteers, including members of Ford Volunteer Corps. Read more.
Partners help to create outdoor learning garden at middle school
The Grosse Ile Nature & Land Conservancy, a volunteer nonprofit organization, worked with and received a Better World grant from Ford Volunteer Corps Model Teams Accelerated Action Day to kickstart the creation of the learning garden for the middle school. Read more.
